In this vibrant month of March,
the 116th International Women’s Day has arrived as scheduled.
Jiaxipera’s 780 female employees remain steadfast in their ordinary posts,
active on every front of the company.
Through their hard work and sense of responsibility, they embody the spirit of “women who are every bit as capable as men,”
supporting “half the sky” of the company’s high-quality development.
With the gentle spring breeze blowing, the company is ablaze with youthful vitality. To pay tribute to every woman who quietly contributes, the company’s labor union has meticulously organized a series of activities to celebrate International Women’s Day, extending the warmest holiday greetings to all female employees.
Heartwarming Greetings
“Happy holiday!” “Thank you for your hard work!” Accompanied by the refreshing scent of flowers, heads of various departments and union officials presented each female employee with a carefully prepared Hengyuanxiang quilted pillow, kicking off a wonderful day for the women. This special gesture not only acknowledges and thanks them for their hard work but also conveys the deep care of the Jiaxipera family for the “pillars of the company.”
Intangible Cultural Heritage Crafts
Across the three factory campuses, the company’s labor union organized the “Dream of Horses, Cherish Youth” DIY workshop for making Song Brocade Year of the Horse pendants, a traditional craft. Through hands-on creation, female employees experienced the charm of traditional culture, relaxed their minds and bodies, and shared their feelings. With skillful hands and creativity, they showcased their unique feminine charm. Everyone proudly displayed their creations, took group photos, and treasured these one-of-a-kind holiday mementos.
Role Models Leading the Way
To recognize excellence and set examples, under the leadership of each Party branch and with administrative support from various units, the respective trade union branches organized democratic nominations for the company’s “Top Ten Women Role Models” of 2025. Following preliminary review by the company’s Women’s Committee, approval by the Trade Union Committee, and endorsement by the Party Committee, the “Top Ten Women Role Models” of Jiaxipera for 2025 were selected. Members of the company’s Party and administrative leadership—Xu Yaofa, Xie Jianfeng, and Wang Yue—along with plant managers and heads of the Women’s Work Committees, visited the “Top Ten Women Role Models” at their workstations to present them with their awards.
The series of events held for this International Women’s Day not only created a vibrant festive atmosphere, allowing female employees to feel the warmth of the Jiaxipera family, but also further ignited their enthusiasm to excel in their respective roles and achieve great accomplishments. Everyone expressed their determination to continue writing a brilliant chapter of “women matching men in excellence” on the journey toward the company’s high-quality development with even greater fighting spirit and a more pragmatic work ethic, contributing the indispensable “she” power to building a better “Jiaxi” community together.
