“This riddle is so fun!” “These tangyuan are really big and round!”…… Amidst the constant laughter and cheerful chatter, a unique “Riddle-Guessing” event unfolded warmly in the cafeterias across Jiaxipera’s three campuses. Under the colorful riddle cards, employees formed long lines and gathered in small groups to enthusiastically discuss the answers, their faces beaming with bright smiles, as the festive joy and harmony filled the air.
At the start of the new year, to ensure a successful start to the season, foster a harmonious, warm, and positive work atmosphere, and let employees truly feel the warmth of the company family, the Jiaxipera Labor Union, Youth League Committee, and Corporate Culture Department joined forces to meticulously plan a series of Lantern Festival celebrations, including riddle-guessing and tangyuan tasting.
The riddles combined knowledge with fun, ranging from traditional word puzzles to everyday trivia. Some pondered them alone, while others discussed them in groups; every time someone guessed the answer correctly, it drew a round of applause. Amidst the pondering and laughter, everyone savored the charm of traditional culture and received the company’s heartfelt blessings.
The warmth extended beyond the riddles. The company selected two classic flavors of tangyuan—sesame and fresh pork—and not only offered a cooking service during cafeteria hours but also had young volunteers set up pots to cook them right outside the dormitories. The steaming hot tangyuan warmed not only their stomachs but also their hearts, conveying the company’s sincere care for its employees.
