To celebrate both the Dragon Boat Festival and International Children’s Day, and in order to promote China’s fine traditional culture, express the company’s care for its employees and concern for the next generation, allow employees’ children to experience the warmth of the Jiaxipera family and the company’s culture firsthand, enhance their understanding and support for their parents’ work, strengthen the bond between parents and children, and bring the company’s “big family” and employees’ “small families” closer together, on May 31, the Jiaxipera Labor Union and the Women’s Committee jointly organized the “Building a Family-Enterprise Community: Sharing Joy with Zongzi” Dragon Boat Festival and Children’s Day Family Celebration. Employees were invited to bring their families to the company to spend a heartwarming and creative time together.
Exploring the Exhibition Hall and Fun Quiz. The first stop of the event was a tour of the company’s exhibition hall led by a guide. The displays showcasing the company’s development history, the origin of its name, and various compressor products sparked the children’s curiosity. The atmosphere was lively and enthusiastic, with constant on-site Q&A interactions.
Unraveling Technology, Exploring Principles. Next, everyone gathered around a transparent refrigerator model. A technical specialist provided an accessible explanation of the refrigerator’s internal structure and operating principles. The “magic of technology” before their eyes left the children in awe; they eagerly asked questions, and the atmosphere was electric. The hands-on demonstration helped everyone deeply appreciate that the refrigerator compressor, much like the human heart, serves as the core power source of the refrigeration system.
Crafting Zongzi: Family Fun. After the tour, the much-anticipated parent-child zongzi-making session began. Under the careful guidance of the cafeteria’s pastry chef, everyone rolled up their sleeves, unleashed their creativity, and wrapped the bamboo leaves into zongzi of various shapes and sizes. As the event drew to a close, everyone shared the delicious zongzi they had made themselves, and the sweet taste on their tongues added to the festive warmth and joy. The company also prepared exquisite and delicious dessert cakes for the children of attending employees, ensuring that every slice carried the company’s deep care and heartfelt blessings for the children.
By ensuring that the fruits of the company’s development benefit employees more fully and extending the company’s care to their families, the Jiaxipera Labor Union will continue to deepen the “Happiness Plus” brand initiative.
